Welcome to KW Childbirth Education!

We offer fun, interactive prenatal classes with a uniquely holisitic approach. You don't sit around in our classes! You get hands-on, practical information that you can use and practice before the big event!

Classes are taught by Erica Shelley, PhD, doula, and Rachel Vanden Berg, ND, doula. Erica has 7 years doula experience and a Ph.D. in Genetics. Rachel is a Naturopathic Doctor and doula who has spent years focusing on prenatal and postnatal health. Our combined knowledge makes this the most informative, exciting childbirth education class that you'll ever take!!

Classes are appropriate for every stage of pregnancy whether your care is through a midwife or obstetrician and whether you are planning a home or hospital birth. They are offered in the Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge areas.
